Terms of Service

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use DOIRGHO. If you are under 18, use the platform only with appropriate supervision and do not act as a creator unless you have proper authority.
• By accessing or using DOIRGHO, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific rules we publish.
• If you use DOIRGHO on behalf of a publisher, studio, collective, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share access to your account in a misleading or unauthorized way.
• Provide accurate account, creator, and onboarding information. Do not impersonate another person, brand, or rights holder.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
• We may update features, workflows, design, or moderation systems over time, including creator review requirements, search, library, and discovery features.

• Free works may be previewed, read, or added to a reader collection where the product flow allows it.
• Where purchase, cart, or checkout features are enabled, a work may be offered at a stated price and added to cart before checkout.
• A reader entitlement, collection entry, or prior purchase does not transfer copyright ownership in the underlying work.
• Access to a work may depend on file availability, creator settings, moderation outcomes, legal restrictions, or technical maintenance.
• If a creator or DOIRGHO removes a work, DOIRGHO may preserve access for readers who already lawfully obtained it where reasonably necessary and technically possible.

Any payment-related terms may be supplemented when a live payment method is enabled. Until then, any checkout-like experience should be understood as a platform workflow rather than a guarantee that every payment method is available in every jurisdiction.

• Uploading or sharing content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation, or content that promotes violence or illegal activity.
• Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, overload, or bypass platform security, entitlement checks, or moderation systems.
• Manipulating ratings, followers, comments, wishlist counts, or creator metrics through bots, fake accounts, or deceptive coordination.
• Using DOIRGHO to distribute malware, phishing links, or technically harmful files.

DOIRGHO and its interface, logos, branding, platform code, layouts, and original non-user platform materials are owned by DOIRGHO or its licensors.

Creators generally retain ownership of the works they publish on DOIRGHO, subject to the license they grant to DOIRGHO in order to host, display, distribute, preview, and promote those works on the platform.

If you believe a work or account infringes your rights, use the Report Abuse / Copyright Takedown path.

• We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Creator Terms, or applicable law.
• We may preserve logs, backups, transaction records, and evidence to investigate disputes, enforce our rules, or comply with legal obligations.
• We may notify affected users, request additional evidence, or refuse republication where a creator or reader repeatedly violates the rules.

DOIRGHO is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the service secure and usable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that every work will remain available forever.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOIRGHO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of platform use, creator conduct, reader conduct, content availability, or third-party services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute relating to DOIRGHO that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Bangladeshi consumer complaints that remain unresolved with DOIRGHO may also be taken to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.
