Creator Terms and Content Rules

• You must provide accurate creator information, including your display name, username, and contact details.
• If you publish on behalf of another person, studio, estate, collective, or publisher, you must have written authority to do so.
• A creator account can be restricted, paused, or removed if onboarding information is false, incomplete, or misleading.

You retain copyright and other rights you already own in your works. DOIRGHO does not take ownership of your books, poems, photographs, artworks, cover designs, or other original content merely because you publish them on the platform.

By uploading or submitting a work, you grant DOIRGHO a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, store, reproduce as technically necessary, format, preview, display, distribute to entitled readers, index, recommend, and promote the work on or in connection with DOIRGHO.

This license includes the right to create thumbnails, excerpts, preview samples, metadata, search snippets, accessibility adjustments, and marketing placements using the work title, cover, creator name, and limited portions of the work reasonably necessary to run the service.

• New works may be reviewed by DOIRGHO before publication.
• If you edit a previously published work, the updated version may be sent back into admin review before it becomes publicly active again.
• DOIRGHO may request metadata corrections, rights evidence, category corrections, cover changes, or removal of prohibited material before approving a work.
• We may decline publication, remove a work, or keep a work unpublished if it creates legal, safety, technical, or trust risk for the platform.

• You represent that you own the work or hold all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to publish it on DOIRGHO.
• If your work includes collaborators, translators, editors, models, performers, estates, or commissioned elements, you are responsible for securing the rights required for publication.
• You will not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, privacy-violating, non-consensual, or technically harmful.
• You will not mislabel categories, pricing, creator identity, or rights status in a misleading way.

Where paid works or payouts are enabled, DOIRGHO may publish separate commercial terms covering payout timing, fees, taxes, refund handling, and payment-provider requirements. Those commercial terms will supplement these Creator Terms.

Until a live payment method is operational, any pricing or checkout functionality should not be treated as a promise that payout processing is already active for every creator or territory.

You are responsible for your own tax, regulatory, licensing, and business compliance obligations that arise from your publishing activity.

• If you remove a work or close your creator account, DOIRGHO may keep limited copies or metadata as needed for backups, audits, legal compliance, dispute handling, and previously granted reader access.
• If a work is reported for infringement, fraud, impersonation, or other abuse, DOIRGHO may temporarily disable access while reviewing the report.
• DOIRGHO may terminate or permanently restrict creators who repeatedly infringe rights or repeatedly violate platform rules.

Abuse and copyright complaints can be submitted through the Report Abuse / Copyright Takedown path.

These Creator Terms are intended to operate consistently with Bangladeshi copyright principles, including the idea that authors and rights holders generally retain ownership unless they assign it by contract.

Creators who want formal copyright registration or guidance may consult the Bangladesh Copyright Office and the Copyright Act, 2023.
