What to include in your message

- The email address on your DOIRGHO account, or your creator username if the issue relates to a creator profile.
- The exact page URL, work URL, or creator profile URL involved.
- A short description of the problem, including what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Screenshots, error text, browser/device details, and the date/time of the problem whenever possible.
- For order, entitlement, or access issues, include the work title and whether the item was free or paid.
