Rights infringement

Copyright infringement, unauthorized copies, stolen cover art, unlicensed translations, or misuse of your original work.
Impersonation or fraud

Accounts pretending to be another creator, fake publishers, scam payment requests, or deceptive identity claims.
Harassment or unsafe content

Threats, hate speech, doxxing, privacy violations, non-consensual content, or illegal material.
Security abuse

How to submit a report
কীভাবে রিপোর্ট জমা দেবেন
Email rights@doirgho.com using the subject line [Abuse Report] DOIRGHO report.
- Include the exact DOIRGHO URL for the work, creator profile, comment, or page you are reporting.
- Describe the problem clearly and explain why the material or behavior violates your rights or DOIRGHO rules.
- Attach screenshots, registration documents, links to original works, or other supporting evidence where available.
- If the issue is urgent and safety-related, say why immediate action is needed.
Copyright takedown requirements

For copyright complaints, include enough detail for DOIRGHO to identify both the allegedly infringing material and your claimed rights. A complete notice should include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the original work you own or control.
- Identification of the DOIRGHO URL or material you want removed.
- A short statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A short statement that the information you are providing is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your typed name or signature.
Evidence matters / প্রমাণ জরুরি
DOIRGHO may ask for additional proof of ownership or authorization before removing content, especially where multiple contributors, publishers, or estates may be involved.
How DOIRGHO reviews reports
DOIRGHO কীভাবে রিভিউ করে
- We may acknowledge receipt, request more information, temporarily disable visibility, or remove content depending on the seriousness of the report.
- We may notify the affected creator or user and allow a response where appropriate.
- We keep records of abuse investigations and may terminate repeat infringers or repeat bad-faith reporters.
- Submitting knowingly false reports may itself violate DOIRGHO's Terms.
