This policy applies to doirgho.com, creator-life features, reader accounts, creator accounts, support requests, and other DOIRGHO-operated services that link to this page.

• We collect only the information we reasonably need to run, secure, improve, and support DOIRGHO.
• We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.
• Public-facing creator and work information is shown publicly by design; private account and support information is not.
• If we use third-party infrastructure, data may be processed in Bangladesh or other jurisdictions where those providers operate.

If you contact support, report abuse, or send a legal notice, we also collect the message, attached evidence, and any follow-up correspondence needed to resolve the issue.

• Create and maintain reader and creator accounts, authenticate sessions, and protect account security.
• Host, display, recommend, and moderate works published on the platform.
• Operate library, wishlist, follow, cart, checkout, and creator dashboard features.
• Review creator submissions, investigate abuse, enforce platform rules, and protect creators and readers from fraud or misuse.
• Communicate with you about service updates, creator support, account recovery, policy changes, and legally required notices.
• Measure platform performance, identify bugs, and improve recommendation, discovery, and content presentation features.

We rely on a combination of your consent where requested, our need to perform our contract with you, our legitimate platform interests, and our legal obligations under applicable law in Bangladesh.

We do not publish private email addresses, onboarding details, or support correspondence on creator profile pages.

• You can update visible profile information from your account where that feature is available.
• You can remove works, comments, or other user content where product controls allow it, subject to records we must keep for audit, legal, or reader-access reasons.
• You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the controls in those messages when available.
• You may request account closure, data review, or correction by contacting support.
• If you believe your information is being used unlawfully, insecurely, or unfairly, you may raise a complaint with DOIRGHO first and then with the relevant Bangladeshi authority where applicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and platform-level safeguards to protect data, including access controls, authentication, audit logging, and infrastructure protections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and protect access to your own device and email account.

• We retain account and transaction-related records as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, creator support, dispute handling, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.
• We may keep backup, log, or security records for a limited time after deletion requests.
• Published or previously distributed works may require limited retention to preserve reader entitlements, investigate disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
